北方人吃冻梨的习俗,追溯起来至少有一千多年的历史高忆管理,辽代的契丹人就有吃冻梨的习惯。清朝,冻梨作为一项重要的贡品,成为皇权的象征。冻梨制作方法一般是先将梨洗净,放入冰箱冷冻室,等到冻硬的时候,拿出常温解冻,解冻完后继续放入冰箱冷冻,如此反复,大概四五次即可。

By the Qing Dynasty, frozen pears became an important tribute, symbolizing imperial power. 冻梨经冷冻后久存不变质,自然存放可到春节或更久,如若冷藏于冰箱冷冻室,一二年也不变质。在欲吃冻梨时,可将它置入冷水中,使其将自身的冰点转化在水中,待到梨身变成一厚层冰壳时,脱壳而食。
Once frozen, pears can be preserved for a long time without spoiling. Naturally stored, they last until the Spring Festival or longer, and if kept in the freezer, they can remain unchanged for one or two years. When ready to eat, the pears are placed in cold water so that their freezing point transforms in the water. Once the pear forms a thick icy shell, the shell is removed, and the fruit inside can be enjoyed.
